緣起 Background

The Student Landscape Design Competition organized by the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architects enters its twentieth edition in 2025. Over the past two decades, amid rapidly changing social and environmental conditions, the Society has drawn inspiration from contemporary issues each year to develop themes that resonate with the times. The competition has become a platform that fosters exchange, dialogue, and innovation among landscape-related disciplines nationwide. It not only reflects the growth of landscape education in Taiwan but also continually encourages students and educators to confront emerging challenges together, inspiring creative thinking across generations.

中華民國景觀學會全國學生景觀設計競圖於2025年邁入第二十屆。二十年來，在快速變動的社會環境下，學會每年皆從當代議題汲取靈感、凝鍊主題，打造一個能讓全國景觀設計相關學科交流、對話與創新的平台。這場競圖不僅見證臺灣景觀教育的成長，也持續促使師生共同面對時代挑戰，激發跨世代的創意能量。

獎勵

為鼓勵優秀學生，競圖將評選首獎 1 名、貳獎 2 名，參獎3名，優選 5 名，頒予獎金與獎狀，佳作數名，頒予獎狀。

競圖得獎名單將於景觀學會網站及朝陽科技大學景觀及都市設計系網站上公告，並配合第十二屆景觀新秀聯展舉行公開頒獎儀式，頒獎日期另行公告。於頒獎典禮日，若本人無法出席領獎，得委由他人出席代為領獎。所有得獎作品將於中華民國景觀學會官網或相關平台進行公開展示，屆時請得獎同學配合展示相關作業。

評選重點

1. 設計評選標準 :能突顯本次競圖主題,明確探討議題並提出具體方案
(1) 提案創意與構想。 (2) 設計理念和思考。 (3) 基地議題分析和落實手法。 (4) 設計溝通表現方式。 (5) 整體設計呈現效果。

2. 評審：由主辦單位遴聘評審團，成員包括中華民國景觀學會代表、環境規劃設計專長學者專家等。

1. Design Evaluation Criteria :Designs will be evaluated based on their alignment with the competition theme and their exploration and presentation of specific solutions:
(1) Creativity and Concept (2) Design Philosophy and Thought Process (3) Site Analysis and Implementation
(4) Presentation of Design Communication (5) Overall Design Presentation

2. Judging Panel：The judging panel will be appointed by the organizers and will include representatives from the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architects, as well as experts and scholars specializing in environmental planning and design.

1.設計主題命名。

3.規劃設計應考量可執行性，提供之圖說應以適當比例尺呈現；建議之比例尺：規劃配置圖(1:500 至1:2000)、設計配置圖(1:100 至 1:500)，其餘相關細部圖說及剖立面(1:20 至 1:100)。

2.圖面要求(如下)：
(1)設計說明與理念。 (2)基地環境分析。
(3)規劃設計方案之配置圖。(4)相關之剖立面圖、透視圖等基本設計圖說。

6.作品版面：
(1)一張 A0 圖面,版面以直式為準，版面配置範例說明(附件一)。
(2)作品版面請以 JPG 檔案格式儲存至雲端，手繪圖稿亦請掃描轉存 JPG 檔，檔名請註明設計者與作品名稱，以利上傳景觀學會網站展出與進行作品編輯作業。
(3)檔案格式為JPG檔，色彩模式CMYK。電子檔必須具有300dpi解析度，檔案小於200MB。

※請注意:須確定該雲端連結可檢視以及下載,，如上傳壓縮檔請確認是否能正常解壓縮，若主辦單位無法下載設計作品，將會影響參賽資格，後果自負。

4.作品圖面皆不得有姓名與學校等與作者相關的資料與註記。

5.語文：中、英文皆可。

3.The planning and design should consider feasibility. The drawings should be presented at appropriate scales: Planning Layout Map (Suggested scale is 1:500 to 1:2000), Design Layout Map (Suggested scale is1:100 to 1:500), and Detailed Drawings and Cross-sections (Suggested scale is 1:20 to 1:100).

6. Presentation Format：
(1)A0 Size Poster: Use a vertical layout. Refer to the layout example in Appendix 1.
(2)Save the poster as a JPG file and upload it to the cloud. Hand-drawn sketches should also be scanned and saved as JPG files. The file name should include the designer's name and the project title for easy uploading and editing on the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architects website.
(3)The file format is JPG, and the color mode is CMYK. The JPG must have a resolution of 300 dpi and a file size of less than 200 MB.

※Ensure that the cloud link allows viewing and downloading. If submitting a compressed file, confirm that it can be properly extracted. Failure to provide accessible files may affect participation eligibility, and the consequences are the responsibility of the participant.

4.All drawings and presentation materials must not contain any information or annotations related to the author, including name, school, or other personal identifiers.

5.Submissions can be in either Chinese or English.

「共生・共適・共創」旨在鼓勵參賽者思考景觀設計如何在變動的世界中成為連結生命、調適衝擊並啟動再生的媒介。我們期待參賽者提出兼具創意與前瞻性的設計方案，無論是在城市街角、社區空間、校園或是鄉村地景中，都能展現景觀如何促進跨生命系統的和諧共生、面對未來的彈性共適，以及迎向再生的積極共創。

競圖主題

“Coexist, Adapt, Regenerate,”encourages participants to explore how landscape design can serve as a medium that connects life systems, mediates disturbances, and activates regenerative futures in a rapidly changing world. We look forward to design proposals that are both creative and forward-looking—whether situated in urban corners, community spaces,campuses, or rural landscapes—that demonstrate how landscape can foster harmonious multispecies coexistence, cultivate adaptive capacity for future challenges, and inspire active, collective regeneration.

國內外大專院校景觀設計或相關科系與研究所背景的在校學生，皆可以個人或團隊方式（至多以 2 名為限；每人或每組僅可參賽一件作品）報名參與本項學生競圖活動。

Eligibility

競圖資格

Current students enrolled in landscape design or related departments and graduate programs at domestic and international colleges and universities are eligible to participate in this student competition. Participants may register individually or as a team (with a maximum of 2 members per team). Everyone or team is allowed to submit only one entry for the competition.

Please complete and submit the following registration documents (Appendix 2)：
1.Registration Form for the 20th National Student Landscape Design Competition.
2.A copy of the proof of enrollment (student ID or enrollment certificate).
3.Copyright Consent Form and AI Usage Statement.

注意事項

To encourage outstanding students, the competition will award the following prizes: First Prize (1 winner), Second Prize (2 winners), Third Prize (3 winners), and Honorable Mentions (5 winners). Prizes will include monetary awards and certificates. Several commendations will also be given, accompanied by certificates.

The list of award recipients will be announced on the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architects website and on the Department of Landscape and Urban Design website at Chaoyang University of Technology. A public award ceremony will be held in conjunction with the 12th Landscape Architecture Student Graduation Exhibition, and the date will be announced separately. If an award recipient is unable to attend the ceremony, they may appoint a representative to receive the award on their behalf. All winning works will be publicly exhibited on the official website of the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architects or related platforms, and awardees are requested to cooperate with the exhibition-related arrangements.

著作權說明及AI使用聲明

1.主辦單位擁有獲獎作品之節錄、發表、媒體刊載、展覽、製作相關物品等權利。
2. 所有參賽作品其著作權屬各設計者。
3. 所有參與競圖者應保證競圖作品為原創作品，且為唯一版本,無侵害他人著作權等智慧財產權之一切情事，否則需負全部法律責任，並追究其相關責任。

4. AI 使用規範：

隨著生成式 AI 普及，本競賽允許 AI 作為設計輔助工具，但要求透明與誠信。

(1)AI 可作為輔助工具，包含：草圖生成、影像合成、分析可視化、模擬、資料整理。

(2)不可以 AI 生成內容取代核心設計行為，例如僅以 AI 圖像堆疊組成作品，沒有空間策略或場域分析。

(3)必須提供 AI 使用聲明。請於作品中附上AI 使用説明（1–5句），例如：

• 使用模型/平台（ChatGPT、Midjourney、Stable Diffusion等）

• 主要用途（分析、生成圖像、協助寫作、模擬等）

• 參與者是否進行二次編輯

(4)不得使用侵犯他人著作權或未授權素材，包括：直接取材自他人作品、未具授權的 Dataset / 圖像庫。

The organizers have the rights to excerpt, publish, display, and use the awarded works in media coverage, exhibitions, and for the production of related materials.
All copyrights for the submitted works remain with the respective designers.
All participants must ensure that their competition entries are original works and the only versions of their design. Participants are responsible for any legal issues arising from copyright or intellectual property rights infringements and may be held liable for related consequences.
AI Usage Guidelines: With the increasing prevalence of generative AI, this competition allows the use of AI as a design-assist tool, but requires transparency and academic integrity.

AI may be used as an auxiliary tool, including: sketch generation, image composition, analytical visualization, simulation, and data processing.
AI-generated content may not replace core design actions. For example, works composed solely of AI-generated images without spatial strategies or site analysis are not permitted.
An AI usage description is required. Please include a 1–5 sentence AI Usage Statement in your submission, indicating: Models / platforms used (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion); Primary purposes (analysis, image generation, writing assistance, simulation, etc.); Whether participants conducted secondary editing of AI outputs.
Use of copyrighted or unauthorized materials is prohibited, including: Directly borrowing from others’ works; Using datasets or image libraries without proper authorization.

注意**:須確定該雲端連結可檢視以及下載,如上傳壓縮檔請確認是否能正常解壓縮，若主辦單位無法下載設計作品，將會影響參賽資格,後果自負。

**Notice**: Ensure that the cloud link is accessible for viewing and downloading. If you upload a compressed file, please verify that it can be extracted properly. If the organizer is unable to download the design work, it may impact your eligibility, and you will be held accountable for the results.

報名流程

Registration Process

本次學生競圖將收取 300 元報名費，費用除了支持相關行政作業之外，有以下獎勵：

A registration fee of NT$300 will be charged for this student competition. This fee not only supports administrative costs but also provides the following rewards:

Payment of the registration fee can be used as a credit towards the NT$300 student membership fee of the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architects.
The top three winners will receive a free one-year student membership with the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architects.
The top three winners will have their registration fees for the IFLA Student Competition sponsored by the Institute.
The Institute will assist the top three winners in becoming international student members of landscape architecture associations.
Winning entries will be exhibited in person at the 12th Landscape Architecture Student Graduation Exhibition Award Ceremony and showcased online on the Taiwan Institute of Landscape Architect’s official website as well as the Daodi platform. (Students are required to submit a copyright license and usage consent form.)
Those wishing to use the free student membership or fee reduction must apply for membership after the announcement of winners to complete the membership application process. (For details on membership application and fees, please refer to the Institute's official website. The membership application form is detailed in Appendix 3.)
